Be an inspired Cessna 170/172/175 owners, especially if you are near overhaul.  Fly cheaper, faster, farther, higher and be environmentally friendly when doing it with our “Fast172” engine conversion.

Quiet Aviation has installed a truly durable and proven GM Performance engine in the C172.  Ground tests show that this engine consumes 1/3 the fuel of the Lyc.  This is not unreasonable, Rutan had similar savings with his liquid cooled Continental in the Voyager’s around the World flight many years ago.  But, ours on auto gas will give you an 80% savings in the operating costs, that is BIG.  Now we will fly to prove our boast.

You can use up to 200hp continuous but comfortably at 180hp where your Continuous Structural Speed of 145 mph becomes roughly 185 mph TAS at 15K' or above the weather at 240 and 25K'.  With nearly 40" of  turbo boost, continuous hp and extreme altitudes are all possible.  35K' is probably possible, a T28 is known to have reached 38,600'.  The Fast172 is a computer controlled auto engine which takes care of the wastegate and does not permit one to abuse it’s use.  One blade for a start, that's nice.
